original packing list with

All return items must be in
clean and unused condition. To
assure proper processing of
credit for the item please
include a copy of the shipping
invoice form. Ship returned

Parcel Service
who provide fast

UPS or Parcel

5-7 business
days, and the
cost is $7.50
for the first
item and $2.00

: UPS requires a
street address.
If you only
provide a Post
Office box, we
ship Parcel
Post.
